Business Ignite ERP is highly affordable to any organization, which plans to reengineer their traditional business process into a technology enable one. The software’s distinctive modular approach offers a wide range of options to customers to add-in any new module to the existing platform, at their ease. This offers the customers a holistic view of having an integrated working environment only with necessary applications. The system also offers a broad range of user interface customization options, access to business reports, and sector wise and monitoring performance with just a few clicks.

An information management system, which is elucidated in the next chapter, will be put in place to capture and manage grower details. The information collected will include but not limited to contact details, principle produce, other produce, last delivered order, average supply quantity general ratings, locations family set up main income source among others. By providing this MIS, potential customers will therefore need not to painstakingly look for supplies because with just a click of a button all the information that they require about suppliers will be provided to them. The process will also ensure that from the point of ordering to delivery, most of the work is done within the confines of the MIS and therefore other process segments such as logistics shall be included in the workflow. The MIS will provide wholesale buyers with one-stop shop within which they can meet their demand quantities and without necessarily having to source from individual sources. Smallholder growers will in turn have a piece of the pie by the virtue of the solutions grouping mechanisms. This will also ensure standardization of produces prices across regions. We shall spearhead partnerships with Financial Service Providers such as banks and Mobile Money Operators to ensure that growers get their dues on time. Therefore, the process will allow for a multi-channel payment process. Keeping in mind that some customers might not necessarily be cash oriented, we propose to put processes in place that will still ensure farmers are paid in the way they prefer to receive such payments thereby meeting the needs of both parties whilst also ensuring that encouraging growers to join or form SACCOs inculcate a culture of savings
